Parallels Desktop Business Edition v18.1.1 (53328) Multilingual macOS 4g623g

Parallels Desktop 18 is one of the oldest and most popular applications for virtualization on macOS. There are quite a few options out there for Mac s who want to run other operating systems on their Apple devices, but none are quite as intuitive and novice-friendly as Parallels.

This app allows you to Run Windows, various flavors of Linux, ChromeOS, Android, and many other operating systems in virtual machines, and it makes setting up and configuring these VMs incredibly straightforward. Much of the process is automated, and the virtualized OSes integrate well with macOS.

Anyone can start up a virtual machine with Parallels
It really is that simple. Compared to alternatives like VirtualBox or VMware, it is much easier to create a virtual machine and install an OS. For instance, if you want a Windows 10 VM, the startup wizard guides you through the entire process. It only takes a few clicks and absolutely no technical knowledge.

If you skip the initial Win10 wizard, Parallels still has an installation assistant that can help you set up Windows, Linux, and many other operating systems. The Windows 10 Test and Development environments are available for free, as are numerous Linux flavors and Android, and you can even install macOS from the recovery partition or convert a Boot Camp installation to a VM.

Excellent integration with macOS
Aside from installing Windows via Boot Camp, which isn’t likely to be ed on Apple Silicon, Parallels offers possibly the most seamless experience when running another operating system on your Mac.

MacBook Pro s can add Windows apps to the Touch Bar, Office integration lets documents in Safari open in their native Windows apps, and full is available for Retina displays for the best visual experience.

Sharing files between your Mac and Windows VM could not be easier, as files on the desktop are instantly accessible from either OS, no matter where they were created.

If you want to take things one step further, just enable Coherence Mode. Once it is active, all applications in your Windows VM will appear in separate windows directly on your Mac’s desktop, almost as if they were running natively on macOS.

Not just for beginners
Of course, Parallels Desktop is available in multiple editions, with the Pro and Business variants geared towards professionals and enterprises respectively. While the Standard edition includes most features, it limits the amount of RAM and virtual Us you can use for each VM and lacks some advanced deployment and management tools.

These include integration with Docker, Vagrant, and Microsoft Visual Studio, among others, VM transferring and deployment capabilities, debugging tools, and centralized istration and management.

Probably the best virtualization application for macOS
Whether you’re just starting out or you have a lot of experience with running VMs, nothing can beat the streamlined experience you get with Parallels, and it doesn’t lose out to its competitors when it comes to the number of available features either.

With Boot Camp seemingly doomed on Apple Silicon, Parallels will likely be one of the few virtualization options available for M1 Mac s.

What’s New:

Version 18.1.1:

  • Resolves an issue with CapsLock not working in macOS VMs on an Intel-based Mac computer.
  • Resolves an issue where a Windows Server 2019 VM would freeze after a few days of uptime.
  • Resolves an issue with mass deployment failing due to the “Launch path not accessible” error.
  • Resolves an issue that prevented Windows VMs from booting up correctly on Intel Macs when running on macOS version 12 and above.
  • Resolves an issue that prevented Houdini 18 from launching correctly.
  • Resolves an issue that prevented Aurora HDR from correctly identifying the presence of OpenGL 3.3-compatible graphics drivers.
  • Adds for Linux kernel 5.19 and newer on Intel Macs.
  • Adds localized documentation in all ed languages.
  • Addresses several other stability, security, and performance issues.

Compatibility: macOS 10.14.6 or later

Following the ree instructions, Terminal stops with “error 1 at line 116”, despite it has full access to disk.

Forced to a new installation, I followed the manuall crack but Terminal doesn’t allow to copy the fake licenses (Operation not permitted).

In short, this crack doesn’t work.

    Please, fix it.

    Thanks.

      After unziping
      1. Run the installer
      2. Using the Terminal app, go to the `ParallelsDesktopCrack` folder, and remove hidden attributes using this command:

      sudo xattr -d “com.apple.ResourceFork” “prl_disp_service”

      3. Run the crack installer from the same window:
      sudo ./install.sh

You’ll get the following error, but the crack is successful:

failed: Unable to connect to Parallels Service. Make sure that the prl_disp_service process is active and it is not blocked by Firewall. For details, please refer to this knowledgebase article (https://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/info/pdfm18_en_US_249).

Add “xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/” before line 116 of install.sh and it’ll work.

Warning Mortal!!!!!, crashes the Mac every 5 minutes and introduces a “WindowServer” virus into the Mac.
Only possibility, to start from an uncontaminated Time Machine (before Installing this shit!!) 3 days of galleys!! Remove the virus with Combo Cleaner and reinstall everything (complete disk erase and Ventura reinstallation!!).
iMac 27 5k 2017 (max compatibility = Monterey or Ventura at worst).
Time Machine is the key to reinstalling a healthy and clean Mac (uncontaminated copy), in a serious situation!!
Make a copy of the Mac on an external HDD!!!
    Mac since 1996!

Uninstall Parallels manually before attempting to install. Find and delete all Parallels-related files in the following folders. After you’re done, empty your trash.

      ~/Library
      ~/Library/Application
      ~/Library/Application Scripts
      ~/Library/Caches
      ~/Library/Cookies
      ~/Library/Preferences
      ~/Library/Saved Application State
      ~/Library/Containers
      ~/Library/Group Containers
      ~/Library/Application /CrashReporter
      ~/Library/WebKit
      /Library
      /Library/Preferences
      /s/Shared

But if I block hosts, parallels won’t start. Any other solution?
Can I use parallels without blocking hosts?

    1. Install Parallels
    2. Install BBedit and open install.sh to edit it
    3. Add before line 116 the command xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/ and save file
    4. Open system settings/privacy and security/full disk access/add terminal on this list
    5. Open terminal and type cd to get inside the crack folder. Drag and drop the folder inside terminal window to get the path. For instance it got : cd /s/name/s/ParallelsDesktop-18.1.1-53328/ParallelsDesktopCrack
    6. After you get inside the folder using terminal, run chmod +x ./install.sh && sudo ./install.sh

      Hi,

The command: xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/
In the “BBedit” app, do I have to have this command on line 115 or do I have to go to line 115 then press enter to go below and then have this command ?

Is there the same app as “BBedit” but in French ?

      Thanks in advance.

Doesn’t work on Mac Mini M1 with defualt crack, but as sohaya said if you add before line 116 the command xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/ and save file it will work. I’m gonna skip this one.

Before installation, open the “install.sh” file in a text editor, search timestamp, paste xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\Desktop.app/ on the line, and press the return key twice.

    echo -e

    xattr

    codesign

Sort it like this, save it, and crack it.

I’m sorry that I wrote it with a translator.

For me the following steps worked fine ( M1 Pro )

    – Install Parallels
    – Close Parallels
    – Copy xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/ before the line 116 to the install.sh (crack file) with an editor
    – Open Terminal (It needs all permissions)
    – Go to the Crack directory
    – run sudo pkill -9 prl_disp_service
    – run sudo chmod +x ./install.sh && sudo ./install.sh
    It worked for me

The crack worked for my after i did this: Add “xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/” before line 116 of install.sh and it’ll work.

to do this a code editor from the appstore > right click on install.sh > open with > open with your code editor > Add “xattr -cr /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/” before line 116 , when you done click on save and close.

Now open terminal (terminal need full disk asses from system settings)

    type : CD

Now drag the folder where the crack is in to the terminal en press enter

now we in the right folder now type: chmod +x ./install.sh && sudo ./install.sh

    canddido: cool, thanks.
Can I paste the BASH script into the terminal or should save it to a file first?

    Hello,
Yesterday I upgraded to macOS Ventura 13.3 and now I can’t start the virtual machine.

There must be something wrong with “Parallels International GmbH”

Please, does anyone know how to fix it?

OK. I’ve been trying to start a macOS Ventura virtual machine and no problem. The problem is when I start a windows virtual machine.

      Anyone having the same problem?

Yes, the same happened to me. I use the opencore Legacy Patcher on my Retina MBP early 2013 and I thought this would be the problem. I even uninstalled Parallels and reinstalled it, but it still won’t boot Windows. I hope they make available the new version of Parallels to install and check if the problem is solved.

I use the opencore Legacy Patcher on my iMac late 2013 and I thought this would be the problem, too. I have a Mackbook pro of 2017 and I have not problems…

@cmedina, Rafael, OCLP needed to disable AMFI (Apple Mobile Files Integrity) to go from Ventura 13.2.1 to 13.3. It caused many systems to fail and while a workaround was fine, the AMFI stayed disabled. Without AMFI, neither VMWare Fusion nor Parallels Desktop would load Windows, and in some cases, Linux VMs. Only UTM seems to work all the time. So, it seems that until OCLP (presently at 0.6.3) fixes the AMFI problem, Windows will not be possible in either VMWare or Parallels. I haven’t tried VirtualBox. As for @cmedina’s MBP 2017 having no problems, perhaps it is not using OCLP.

OKAY. Hello Dimeji but I have a question:

Right now I have macOS Ventura 13.2.1 with OCLP 0.6.3 and in “Developer Settings” the “Disable AMFI” flag is unchecked.

My windows virtual machine on parallels desktop 18.1.1 is working fine

How is it possible if you say that the problem is because the AMFI is disabled?

Yes I confirm that in my Macbook Pro 2017 I haven’t problem because I use macOS Ventura without using OCLP

Disabling 3D acceleration got the Windows VM to boot.

You can try to apply the following workaround to disable Metal API:
      1. Make sure the virtual machine is not running;
      2. Open the control center and click on the cogwheel;
      2. Go to Hardware > Boot Order > Advanced Settings;
      3. Paste the following system flag:

      video.metal=0

      4. Start your virtual machine again.
