Got this 100% working including AI and neural engine on Macbook M1 Pro Sequoia 15.2. Here are full instructions that worked for me!
1. Open Adobe Photoshop v26.2.0 (Adobe Installer).dmg
2. Go to Extra folder > Open Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.app (perform full clean)
3. Go to Extra folder > Run Full Creative Cloud install Adobe Creative Cloud 6.4.0. Universal.pkg
4. Go to Install folder > Install.app
5. DO NOT open Photoshop
6. Run Adobe Activation Tool.app (taken from another torrent called Adobe Lightroom Classic 2025 v14.0.1)
7. Open Photoshop and to adobe cloud via Photoshop app pop up window

The same, working only if connected to the internet. If blocked or internet is turned off, a validation screen pops up.

@john if you see damaged file you probaby didnt open the package. You need to right click and open content of package

I get a “Adobe Photoshop v26.6 (Adobe Installer)_Torrentmac.net.rar” file, not a .dmg.
It’s not possible to unrar it! Any tool says that it is not a .rar file…..
